Integrating Drupal's webform module with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Every complete submission is converted into a CRM record with appropriate links to Contacts and child records created to ensure good database design.
The National Institute for Adult Continuing Education
NIACE is the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education, the national voice for lifelong learning. A large, internationally respected development organisation and think-tank, working on issues central to the economic renewal of the UK, particularly in the political economy, education and learning, public policy and regeneration fields.
As NIACE's web developer since 2005 I have worked on many projects small and large that help the organisation achive it's charitable aims. In recent years the work changed to more back-end systems integration work enabling the organisation to make the most of it's weath of knowledge and continue to exist in a difficult external funding enviroment. Since 2014, as Systems Integration Analyst I have been responsble for managing the small IT team that supports the organisations technical requirments (including Windows domain, Office 365, Dynamics CRM, and various Drupal websites).
